Billing & Pricing

Reservation Policy

All Reservations made are based upon availability and usage of our bucket truck.  A completed credit form is required prior to confirmation of Reservation in which a $250 deposit hold will be placed.  Any additional charges will be made after completion of the rental.

Cancellation Policy

Please call 516-223-3248 at least 48 hours before your reservation time to avoid a $150 daily Cancellation Fee. They will require the reference number you were provided in your confirmation email in order to cancel your truck reservation.

Once cancelled, we will credit you within approximately seven business days. Credits will be applied to the same card with which you prepaid.

Bucket Truck NY works very hard to provide the highest level of satisfaction.  We work very hard to make sure the preferences of our customers are met as best as possible.  

However, the truck rental industry is a unique business in that the product is always moving and on the road with customers; projects may exceed time expectations, and may lead to unfortunate circumstances requiring us to reschedule.

We always do our best to make sure all customers are satisfied and complete their jobs, no matter how big or small.
